Tasty and healthy strawberries and bananas smoothie

 Ingredients :

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of milk (it can be almond milk, coconut milk or any other vegetable milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries well and remove the stems. Cut the strawberries into pieces.

  2. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.

  3. Place the strawberries and banana in the blender jar.

  4. Add the milk to the blender.

  5. If you want to sweeten the shake, add a tablespoon of honey or any other sweetener of your choice.

  6. Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of chia seeds for an extra boost of nutrients.

  7. If you prefer a colder shake, add a few ice cubes to the blender.

  8. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

  9. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass.

  10. If you wish, you can decorate the smoothie with a few slices of strawberry or banana.
