How to make tasty creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken:
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, turning to coat it in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or with steamed vegetables.
