IngredientsTake a look at the ingredients that you need for making the honey dry fruit balls:
- 10 dates
- 10 to 15 pistachios
- Few raisins
- 10 to 15 cashew nuts
- Nature’s nectar Organic honey
- Remove the seed from the dates and cut it into small pieces.
- Now take the pistachios and the cashew nuts can grind them into a coarse powder.
- Mix the dates, cashew nut and pistachio powder and raisins in a mixing bowl.
- To this add Nature’s Nectar honey and mix well.
- Now, all that you have to do is make small balls and your healthy dry fruit and honey balls are ready. This is a healthy snack or tiffin box food for kids. You can also have these balls as a dessert.
