Carrot kheer
Carrot kheer : First grate the 1/4kgcarrot put the kadai in the stove and pour 2spoon of ghee put the grated carrot and sauted for 20 minutes and pour 1/4litre of milk 1glass of water after boiled slim the stove after carrot is cooked put 1 cup sugar and stir well .Fry cashewnut inthe ghee put it in the kheer and serve
