Beetroot gelly
Take 1 beetroot and grind and take juice take abowl and pour the juice into it and put 2teaspoon of corn flour and put 3teaspoons of sugar and stir well and take a kadai put it in the stove and pour 2teaspoons of ghee and pour the beetroot juice mix and stir well after coming gelly consistency pour it in the plate and cut and serve it is tasty and healthy .
Peanut balls
Take a bowl put 1/2 cup ragi flour salt pour water and make a dough and make 2 roti. Take a jar put peanut ,jaggery ,and roti pieces and grind coarsly and make a balls it is very tasty and healthy dish.
Fish fry
Fish fry : Put the cleaned fish in the bowl and put garlic paste, chille powder ,turmeric powder ,salt and pepper powder and mix well and marinate for 1/2 an hour and fry the fish into the oil and serve it is very tasty .
Tasty ghee rice
Ghee rice : put the cooker in the stove and pour three spoon of ghee and two teaspoon of coconut oil put 2pieces of cardamom ,cinnamon and clove and put the chopped 2bigonion and 6pieces of garlic and fry put mint leaves pour 2glasses of water for 1glass of rice put the salt and close give two whistle to cook and serve .Tasty ghee rice is ready .

Mutton kulambu:First grind the onion garlic ginger put the cooker in the stove and pour oil and put the grinded paste into the cooker and fry put tomato ,greenchille ,corianderleavesand saute and put chillipowder ,corianderpowder ,turmericpowder, clove ,cardamom, pattaipowder and salt and sauted put the mutton and fry and pour 2glasses of water and put coconut paste and close the cooker give7whisle and serve.

1cup ghee 2cup sugar 3cup grated coconut and4cup milk first boil the half of the quantity and add one by one put first put coconut ,sugar and ghee stir well for 20 minutes in slow fire spread the ghee in the plate put the sweet into it after put the plate into the fridge for 1hour and put pieces andand serve.

Chicken dry roast
Take a chicken in the bowl and put ginger garlic paste and put chillipowder ,coriender powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt ,curd and mix well . Put the kadai in the stove put the marinated chicken in the kadai and cook after the chicken cooked well pour some oil into it and close for 5 minutes and fry for 5minutes and serve. It is very tasty to eat .

- Carrot kheer : First grate the 1/4kgcarrot put the kadai in the stove and pour 2spoon of ghee put the grated carrot and sauted for 20 minutes and pour 1/4litre of milk 1glass of water after boiled slim the stove after carrot is cooked put 1 cup sugar and stir well .Fry cashewnut inthe ghee put it in the kheer and serve
Valaithandu juice
Vaalai thandu juice :cut the vaalaithandu into small pieces put the pieces into the jar and grind and stain the juices and drink .It is used to cure kidney stone problem .All of try this it gives good result .

Palak Paneer pulaov
Take one kadai pour one teaspoon of ghee and paneer pieces into it and fry for 2minutes and take a cooker 2teaspoons of oil and ghee put whole garam masala and put onion and fry till golden brown and put ginger garlic paste greenchilies and sauted and pour 2cups of water for 1cup of rice after boiling put the rice and put the chopped spinach put salt ,1/2teteaspoon of pepper powder into it close the lid and cook for 2whistle and open the lid put fried cashew and serve.
