Many of them would think as this is a Restaurant style recipe it may include many ingredients that won't be available at home. Guys don't think much, this yummy Chicken recipe is done with the common ingredients that we have at home. Read further to know what are the ingredients and get ready with us to make the finger-licking Restaurant-Style Chicken Masala. The Ingredients are:

  • Chicken – 500 grams

  • Finely Chopped Onion – 2

  • Tomato – 2

  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric Powder Curd – 3 tablespoon

  • Coriander leaves

  • Oil – 3 tablespoon

  • Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander Powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 teaspoon

  • Garam Masala – 3/4 teaspoon

  • Salt

Steps Involved in How to Make Restaurant-Style Chicken Masala

So people follow these steps mentioned to make Restaurant-Style Chicken Masala, the steps are:

  • Take the 500grams of Chicken in a bowl, then add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, 3 tablespoons of curd and Salt according to your preference, mix them well until the masala has nicely mixed along with the Chicken. Keep this mixture aside for 30 mins, leaving the chicken to get marinated.

    • Then in a Mixer, add 2 tomatoes, 30 mins soaked cashew nuts (up to 10 - 15) and some coriander leaves, grind the paste and leave it aside.

    • After these steps, keep a big vessel on the stove and pour 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 finely chopped onions, mix for 2 to 3 mins and add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, saute this mixture until the onion turns brown.

    • Then add the Ground tomato paste that we kept aside and mix well.

    • After 2 to 3 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of Chilli powder, 1 and a half teaspoons of Coriander powder, then half a teaspoon of Cumin powder and saute the mixture until the raw smell goes off.

    • Then add the marinated chicken to the mixture and mix them for five minutes in medium flame.

    • Add approximately 100ml water to the mixture, add salt as needed and mix them again.

    • Then cover the vessel with a lid and let it cook on low flame for up to 10 to 15 minutes.

    • Finally, add 3/4 teaspoon of Garam Masala and some coriander leaves for garnishing and let it be on low flame for 2 minutes.
