Semiya payasam methods
Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoons ghee(clarified butter)
- 12 to 15 cashews
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 1 cup semiya (seviyan or vermicelli)
- 3.5 cups full fat milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar or add as required
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder or 5 to 6 green cardamoms, crushed in mortar-pestle
Preparation
- In a heavy kadai, add 2 tablespoons ghee first. Let it melt.
- Once it melts, then add 12 to 15 cashews. on a low flame fry the cashews till they become golden.
- Remove the golden fried cashews with a slotted spoon and then add 1 tablespoon raisins.
- Fry the raisins on a low flame. The raisins will soon start to swell up. Stir often while frying
- Keep the raisins also aside with the fried cashews.
- In the same kadai add 1 cup broken semiya
- Roast till the semiya becomes golden. Stir often while roasting semiya for even browning.
Making Semiya Payasam
- Once the semiya becomes golden, then add 3.5 cups milk. Milk can be chilled, warm, hot or at room temperature. For a thin payasam you can add 4 cups milk.
- Mix very well.
- Keep the flame to a low or medium-low and simmer the mixture till the semiya softens and is cooked well.
- Simmer till the semiya is cooked.
- Then add 4 tablespoon sugar or add as required.
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon cardamom powder.
- Mix very well. Switch off the flame and then add the fried cashews and raisins.Now the semiya payasam is ready to serve.

Take 4 bread and cut into small pieces and put the pan in the gas stove and put 2teaspoons of ghee and fry the bread pieces shift the bread into plates and take one pan put it into the stove and pour oil, chopped onion, 🍅tomato,greenchilli and sauted and put turmeric powder, chilli powder , garam masala powder, salt, and stir well and put soya sauce, tomato sauce and saute and put the fried bread and saute well at last put coriander leaves and it is ready to serve.
remedy for heavy cold in lungs
Take a bowl and pour 1glass of water and put one small piece of ginger, vetrillai leaf cut into pieces, thulsi leaves, crushed pepper 1/4spoon and stir well and put the bowl in the stove after boiling half the the quantity put the palm sugar and stir well andstain the water and it is ready to drink it is good remedy for cough and cold in lungs taking food after one hour you will take this drinks.
Hair oil for hair fall,hair growth
Pour 100ml coconut oil in the kadai and put the kadai in the stove and put 2 pariya nellikai and put 1teaspoon karu jeeragam in the oil.After nellikai turns golden brown switch of the stove .Now the oil is ready to apply in the hair.Before bathing apply this oil in the hair and soak it for 1/2 an hour and put herbal shampoo and wash the hair.This remedies is very useful for hair.
Medicinal tips for constipation
Take a glass and pour hot water and add 1/2lemon juice pinch salt 1teaspoon honey and 1teaspoon olive oil and stir well and drink this water in night.It is used to cure constipation.
Egg without omelette
Take one bowl and put 4teaspoons of besan flour ,baking powder,salt,finely chopped onion,green chilli, coriander leaves,pepper powder and mix well and put the kadai in the stove pour 2 teaspoon of oil after heating pour the batter in the kadai turn this omelette into two sides after cooking it is ready to serve.
Very easy ice cream
Take one bowl and put 2teaspoon of custard powder and pour 1/2 glass of milk and stir well. Boil the milkand add sugar after boiling add the custard mix and boil when the milk turned thicker switch off the stove and pour the custard mix into the mixie jar and it well and pour this mix into the air tight container kept it into the freezer for 5 hours and again grind this mix and again put this ice cream mix into the container for 8hours it is ready to serve.It is very and very tasty.

Put a cook in the gas and pour oil and ghee after heating put cardamom,cloves and cinnamon and put mint leaves and pour water (1:2 ratio) after water boiling put the biriyani rice ( seeragasamba rice) and salt and stir well close the cooker and give 3 whistle.Now it is ready to serve.,
Healthy ladoo for all bones pains
Put the kadai in the stove and put 1cup kambu maavu fry for five minutes. Take a mixie jar put fried groundnut jaggery and fried maavu and grind it coarsly and make a ladoo. Store this ladoo in air tight container it is ready to serve. It is very healthy to our bones daily eat 2or3 ladoo.

Put a cooker in the and pour oil after heating put chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, 🍅tomatoes, and sauted put red chilli powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder ,pepper powder and salt mix well finally add the mochchai and mix well and close the cooker and give 4 whistle. It is ready to serve.it is very easy to cook.
Home remedy for mouth ulcer
Take milagu thakkali keerai and put the leaves in the mixie jar and one 🥥coconut and grind it and take a juice and drink in the morning .Drink the juice weekly 3times. It is the best remedies for mouth ulcer.

Chicken grave: Take a washed chicken in the bowl and put salt,curd,ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice,chicken 65powder put all the ingredients in the chicken and mix well and soak it for 30minutes. Put the cooker in the gas pour oil and put chopped onion and tomatoes and sauted and put the soaked chicken and mix well and the cooker and give 4whistle and open the cooker put pepper powder and mix well put the cooker in the gas for 5minutes and it is ready to serve.
Mutton kulambu
Mutton potato kurma:Take a mixie jar and put onion ,ginger ,garlic and grind it. Put a cooker in the gas pour oil and put the grinded onion paste and sauted put green chilli,🍅tomatoes, and add red chilli powder ,coriander powder, karam masala powder, mix well and put curd and mix well and put mutton ,and sautedand put 🥔potatoes and pour water and put salt mix well.close the cooker and give 6whistle and it is ready to serve .The combination for this kurma is ghee rice,porata, iddiyappam.
Fish fry
Fish fry:Take abowl put the fish and put salt ,pepperpowder, redchilli powder, turmeric powder,garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well. Deep fry in it. It is very tasty and healthy
How to make tasty atta vegetable pups
Atta vegetable pups:Take one bowl and put atta flour into it put salt and oil and pour water and make a dough. Take a bowl and put finely choped onion, coriander, grated 🥕carrot ,panner, smashed 🥔potato ,greenchille,salt ,red chille powder,garam masala powder,and mix well roll the chapathi fill the masala in the chapathi and roll it and cut small pieces and deep fry it is ready to serve. It is very tasty to eat
Mor kulambu
Mor kulambu:Take a mixie jar and put jeera 2spoons,green chilli,coconut 2🥧pieces,and rice 1spoon and grind fine paste. Put the kadai in the stove and put 2spoons of oil after heating put mustard seeds ,urad dal,curry leaves,small piece ginger, dried red chilli ,salt and put the paste into it and stir well and pour water after boiling at the end grind the curd well and pour the curd into it and off the stove . It is ready to serve. It is very 😝 tasty to eat.
vegetable biriyani
Vegetable biriyani:First cut all the vegetables. paste onion250g ,ginger 100g ,garlic100g for 1kg rice , put the cooker in the gasstove pour 3/4cupof ghee and oil and put all the paste mix well for 2minutes and put4 🍅 ,6green chilli,coriander and mint leaves and sauted well and put 2spoon of red chilli powder ,salt,cinnamon5piece, clove5,cardamom10 powderand mix well pour 1glass curd and 1lemon juice mix well and put all the vegetables after cooked put the rice and water and close the cooker give 2whistle and off the stove it is ready to serve.Instead of vegetables u put mutton or chicken same masala.
rava dosai
Take one bowl first put 250g maida, 100g of rice flour, 300g of rava, and besan flour50g for crispy dosai and put salt, crushed pepper, jeera, cashewnut, curry leaves and mix well and pour water and stir well and soak it for 30minutes. The batter is ready to make rava dosai. It is very tasty to eat all of u try this recipe.
