Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Urad dal
- 1 small Grated Carrot
- 1 cup Grated cabbage
- 2 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
How to Make carrot medu vadai:
- 1.Soak urad dal for 4 hours, grind to make thick paste.2.Add grated carrot,cabbage,green chillies,salt,black pepper and knead to make light dough.3.Divide the dough into small balls.4.Flatten the balls with hands and make a small hole in the centre with finger.5.Deep fry the vadas and serve hot with coconut chutney.
