vegetable biriyani
Vegetable biriyani:First cut all the vegetables. paste onion250g ,ginger 100g ,garlic100g for 1kg rice , put the cooker in the gasstove pour 3/4cupof ghee and oil and put all the paste mix well for 2minutes and put4 ЁЯНЕ ,6green chilli,coriander and mint leaves and sauted well and put 2spoon of red chilli powder ,salt,cinnamon5piece, clove5,cardamom10 powderand mix well pour 1glass curd and 1lemon juice mix well and put all the vegetables after cooked put the rice and water and close the cooker give 2whistle and off the stove it is ready to serve.Instead of vegetables u put mutton or chicken same masala.
rava dosai
Take one bowl first put 250g maida, 100g of rice flour, 300g of rava, and besan flour50g for crispy dosai and put salt, crushed pepper, jeera, cashewnut, curry leaves and mix well and pour water and stir well and soak it for 30minutes. The batter is ready to make rava dosai. It is very tasty to eat all of u try this recipe.
